M&S for Business is the B2B arm of M&S allowing businesses to buy product directly from M&S. M&S for Business actively discourage online purchases and prefer all sales to be directed through their call centre.

I worked with the Great Fridays design team and the sales and marketing team at M&S for business to deliver this project within 6 weeks from start to final build and launch.

The new site helped increase sales by 30% within a few months of launching, exceeding initial sales targets.
